There are two ways in which a young person can be reffered to Xplore. One is via the referral page on this website, the other is by contacting the office and being sent a written referral form. Address and telephone details are as follows;

Anyone can refer a young person to Xplore, teachers, parents, carers and even the young people themselves. Self-referrals are the quickest route for young people to be allocated a Youth Worker as all self-referrals take priority over new referrals from other sources.

Once a referral has been recieved it will be allocated to the Xplore team, at present there is a waiting list and all new referrals are put on hold. On average it can take upto 6 weeks from once the new referral comes into to being allocated to a Youth Worker.
