Xplore How we can help


Once we have started working with a young person we will enter into an agreement with them stating what we can offer and what is expected of them in return. This will be reviewed on a regular basis. We will support the young person through this agreement, which is intended to be completed within 12 months.

What you can expect……

  • Xplore will appoint a Youth Worker to work individually with you.
  • He/she will arrange a visit to find out what support you need and explain what Xplore can offer.
  • There will be a 4 week period to see if Xplore is able to offer you the support you need.
  • Your Youth Worker will meet regularly with you to provide support and help you set personal goals.
  • The maximum time we can work with you is 12 months.
  • Xplore will always try to respect what you say and treat it in confidence.
